Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
At Tide And Style, we want you to be as stoked about your gear as you are about perfect surf conditions. If your purchase didn’t quite meet your expectations, we’ve got you covered.
Return Basics
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
- Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility (except for damaged/incorrect items)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimsuits & Swimwear (unless tags are attached and items are unworn)
- Sunglasses (if protective packaging has been removed)
- Personalized or custom items
How to Return or Exchange
