Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is our priority, so we’ll make the process as smooth as a glassy morning surf.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimsuits & Swimwear (unless tags are attached and items are unworn)
  • Sunglasses (if protective packaging has been removed)
  • Personalized or custom items

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your items:

  1. Submit Your Request within 15 days of delivery using our return form below
  2. Wait for Approval – we’ll email you a return authorization within 1-2 business days
  3. Package Your Items securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship It Back to our Mexico Beach headquarters using a trackable method
  5. Get Refunded once we receive and inspect your return (see refund timeline below)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days for inspection
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: 5-10 business days after approval (depending on your bank)

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (standard shipping rates apply).
